Wanted to adopt a kitten and was recommended ALL by a friend. But when I reached there, I was told there wasn't any kittens but they had cats younger than 4 years old. The staff, Ashok?, explained to me that adoptions are through appointments. Initially he denied me entry but later allowed me to take a quick peek. Man was very kind and knowledgeable about cats. The cats were so beautiful and were snoring away. The cat place looked pretty clean for a shelter. For those adopting, remember to fix an appointment before you head down. ADOPT AND DON'T BUY.

Volunteer at cat shelter. Wasted my months volunteering only for it to be taken for granted. To summarise, lovely place that is taken care of by lovely people. Until you leave. Then they are not lovely, one of the volunteers has even harassed me through text. Only giving it 2-star because it really is only one person that made this a bad experience. A good place to volunteer. A bad place to leave once you start volunteering. They want one to constantly come to help out, and then threaten to remove once you have anything going on with your life. They treat it as if it is a workplace and not a volunteer service. They have a very skewed view of what a volunteer is and anyone that disagrees must be a bad person (with a 2000-worded text included). For some reason, have a very big prejudice against young people. It is always young people's fault that there are almost no volunteers, it's young people's fault that the cats go hungry. It's young people's fault that they cant find the time to volunteer. This is after making up so many stringent rules. They dont just want volunteers, they want someone committed. You like cats? Not a good reason to join. You like committing your one day of weekend to them constantly? This is perfect. Place is dirty, but can be expected with little volunteers. Let me say that the few that dedicate the time to take care of the cats, they are wonderful to be with. The cats are very well looked after. Bad mouthing those who decide to not volunteer. Have been around long enough to see multiple people who decide not to volunteer. There is always the bad mouthing of why one cant commit. One does not even have to do anything to be badmouthed.

ADOPT DON'T BUY. A no-kill shelter, a temporary home for the fortunate one's. There are few other shelters and puppy breeding mills (pls don't support) surrounding the premises. Yes, you'll be greeted with a strong stench of smell. But I'm sure your nose will get use to it sometime later. Take some time off and pay a visit! I'm sure you will find the right one out of the many furries baby looking for a new home. Most are Singapore special, but with BIG personality. Feel free to visit ALL website if you would like to volunteer like myself. Any help is appreciated.

A place where pets are groom, purchase or temporary house when you go overseas. Some pets are well taken care of while some pets conditions are bad.

A big heart to run the shelter with animals and no kill policy. The volunteers have a big heart. Please support them financially for running in the best interest of the animals. They did screen all adopters carefully so the adopted animals will not be abandoned again. Well done and they have a BIG heart!

The people who look after a group of pets are those who are able to spend their time, energy and financial giving. I am very touched to see executives of Animal Lovers League working very hard as to maintain all pets daily needs, even, they save their life from danger or wounded. I am really thankful seeing all pets are being looked after, I praise God, and wishing all kind-hearted officers be blessed by God. Amin.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional through text messages. She accused me for arguing with her when I just wanted to clarify. We went through the adoption protocol and were even told that we could start the adoption process with the dog. Turns out that the dog already had a potential adopter and we were happy for nothing. Even though the staff might be a volunteer, she still represents the shelter and therefore she liable for being professional. It is such a shame that I had to have a bad experience even though all I wanted was to give a dog a home.
